I've been here just over 1 year. Just had first issue needing maintenance. Filled out work order and issue was looked at and was told I needed new hot water tank. Tank was ordered was was installed next day. Maintenance man did excellent work and kept me informed. Very happy living here,Very safe cpmplex

This place is older but well kept. The complex is clean, quiet, and tucked away. The staff are quick to respond to any and all questions I had while trying to get a unit. I've only been here about a month so far but I love it here.

Jenn has been more than marvelous and has made my experience here wonderful. It’s a huge relief to know the office has someone as courteous, warm, and pleasant like her. She mentioned it’s under new management for about a year or so. They are doing their best to maintain and update what they need to. It shows they care about their residents.

There is so much to say, yet not enough space/time! Let's start with Management!!! I want you to know that you are in "GREAT HANDS"! I worked with Jen, and she was amazing! Very professional and understanding. Management is very concerned about making sure their tenants are SAFE and clean. Thank you for that. Secondly, Maintenance. I did have to call maintenance on Christmas for a small concern, and within 20 minutes, the Maintenance was at my unit to fix the issue. I was so pleased with this. That shows Village of Santo Domingo cares. Thirdly, the property is very quiet. I am so happy I chose this location. It is truly a hidden gem! Oh, I forgot to add Apartment complex is in a GREAT LOCATION AS WELL.

From the very beginning of my leasing Jen & Catherine have been "#GodSends😇" for me & my service animal 🐥#RockyTheBandit🥰. I'm a U.S. Army vet & I have to say, from the communication & work ethic to the move in😌 EXTREMELY thorough, courteous, & well versed. To my knowledge🤔 there have been ALOT of changes in management here😳 I'm praying🙏🏾 you do whatever needs to be done to keep these two around #LongTerm because although they may be new here, it didn't show..🦅💬💯

Great location. Fast, same day if possible, maintenance that fix it right the first time. Manager really nice. Amazing price. Structures are older (look late 80s early 90s) but common areas are well kept, nice size aprtment and my kids are comfortable here. Also it's quiet here.

I drove passed this property looking for a two bedroom today as I’m just keeping my options open. And fell in love with location but not just the location there was a lovely lady who helped me name Jennifer she was the most sweetest helpful person! She showed me around and fell in love with the pool. It’s a beautiful place! Jennifer really went above and beyond making us fell welcome even tho we don’t live there! I will be speaking with her very soon!!

Boyfriend and I have been here for almost 2 weeks and we both love it. It's quiet and everyone seems pretty friendly. Management is AMAZING! We had a few problems with our apartment (which is why we only rated a 4 star) so we called the manager and in less than an hour she had somebody over to fix it. She's been nothing but great. The maintenance people are also nice and gets things done in a timely manner. There are many shopping centers nearby and a 24 hour smiths right across the street. We love the area, it's away from the strip and area isn't crazy busy. But for the majority of our satisfaction with our new apartment is solely based on the manager here, she is really great. She cares about your problems and concerns and gets things done.
